THE CHALLENGE 2018

coppa

Every stage of the Tour is made up of three competitions:

  • SMILE SWIM (2500 mt in Monate and Noli o Maccagno? , whereas in Noli the standard nautical mile)
  • HARD SWIM (5000 mt in Monate and Noli, whereas 6000 mt in Maccagno)
  • RELAY FOR 3 (1/2 nautical mile relay for 3)

In addition to the daily rankings you can take part into the general circuit ranking as well. This one is composed by the sum of the different times on the same competition in the three stages in order to become:

Italian Open Water Tour BIG TEAM – the largest team

The team with the highest number of athletes on the finishing line adding up the three stages will be awarded with a special prize.

The athletes taking part in more competitions in the same stage will be counted only once for each concluded competition. That means everyone can possibly give maximum three presences per event to the team. The team is the one indicated on the enrollment form. Further changes later won’t be allowed.

The Challenge award ceremony is taking place in December during a tonight’s gala Italian open water tour (invitations only) and the presentation of 2019 Tour.
