NB: Gli atleti che gareggeranno in più gare nello stesso evento verranno conteggiati una volta per ogni gara portata a termine, quindi ognuno potenzialmente può portare un massimo di tre presenze per evento alla propria squadra. La squadra di appartenenza è quella riportata in sede d’iscrizione sul form, non verranno accettati cambiamenti in un secondo momento.
